# Whitelister

Sebuah add-on yang bisa digunakan untuk mengaktifkan jawaban otomatis CS AI di Whatsapp hanya ke nomor yang anda tetapkan

Biasanya add-on ini digunakan untuk tahap pengujian langsung di platform Whatsapp sebelum diberlakukan ke semua pelanggan atau bisa juga digunakan jika Chatbot AI Anda hanya ingin bisa diakses oleh nomor tertentu.

Berikut adalah cara
&#x20;menggunakannya:

1. Tekan Activate di addon
   &#x20;Whitelister
2. Lalu masukan nama dan nomor
   &#x20;whatsapp yang ingin Anda
   &#x20;whitelist
   (Nomor whatsapp awali
   &#x20;dengan “62”)
3. Tekan Save!

– (opsional)

Anda juga bisa menambahkan
&#x20;Rejection Message jika ingin CS AI
&#x20;anda memberikan jawaban kepada
&#x20;nomor yang tidak masuk ke dalam
&#x20;whitelist

Contoh Rejection message:

> “Mohon maaf, Anda tidak memiliki
> &#x20;akses untuk berkomunikasi dengan
> &#x20;CS AI ini.”

Jika Anda ingin membuka kembali aksesnya secara publik, pastikan seluruh nomor di whitelist
&#x20;di hapus terlebih dahulu dan deactivate add on Whitelister
