# Membuat List Kontak

Sebelum kamu bisa mulai mengirim follow up otomatis ke pelanggan, kamu perlu membuat **List** terlebih dahulu.

List ini berfungsi sebagai wadah (**database pelanggan)** — tempat menyimpan kumpulan kontak (leads) yang akan menerima pesan follow up dari campaign yang kamu buat.

## Cara Membuat List

#### 1. Masuk ke menu **WhatsApp Follow Up →** [**List**](https://cs.pake.ai/agent/whatsapp-follow-up/list)

#### 2. Klik tombol **“+ Create a List”** <br>

#### 3. Beri nama list kamu sesuai konteks/leads dan klik **CREATE**

> 💡 Tips: Gunakan nama list yang spesifik agar kamu mudah mengelola banyak campaign sekaligus.

#### 4. Selesai.
