# Tahap 1: Melengkapi Identitas Agen CS AI

Pada tahap pertama, Anda akan diminta untuk melengkapi informasi dasar agen. Informasi ini
 penting untuk memberikan kesan profesional kepada pelanggan.

1. **Nama Agen:** Masukkan nama agen Anda. Biasanya ini adalah nama bisnis Anda atau nama asisten virtual Anda. Contoh: **"Siska - Pake.AI"**.
2. **Deskripsi Agen:** Berikan deskripsi singkat tentang agen atau bisnis Anda.
3. **Foto Profil:** Unggah foto profil untuk agen Anda. Pastikan foto ini merepresentasikan bisnis Anda dengan baik.
