Untuk menambahkan knowledge, silakan klik tombol “Add Knowledge” lalu pilih file

Contoh file knowledge bisa berupa:

* Dokumen: format PDF/Word
* QnA (FAQ: Pertanyaan yang sering ditanyakan)
* Teks
