# DM Gagal Dikirim / Story Reply Tidak Bisa

#### **Penyebab:**

Akun IG masih memiliki koneksi aktif dengan platform pihak ketiga lain selain dibales.ai \
Meskipun sudah disconnect dari dashboard pihak ketiga, **Handover Protocol** di Meta sering masih menyimpan routing ke aplikasi lama.

Akibatnya, **dibales.ai tidak jadi “thread owner”**, sehingga DM gagal dikirim atau tidak bisa merespons balasan story.

#### Solusi:

Lakukan override pada **Handover Protocol** dan pastikan semua routing diarahkan ke `Pake.AI-IG`.

**Langkah-langkah:**

1. **Login ke Facebook** yang terhubung dengan akun Instagram.
2. **Switch ke Facebook Page** yang terhubung dengan akun Instagram bisnis kakak.
3. Buka tautan ini:\

4. Di bagian “Default routing app” pastikan yang terpilih adalah:

> ✅ **Pake.AI-IG** (dibales.ai)

5. Lanjut ke (lakukan seperti langkah 3-4:\
   👉 [Messenger Default Routing App](https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=msgr_conversation_routing)

> Pilih juga **Pake.AI-IG** sebagai aplikasi utama.

6. Terakhir, buka halaman:\
   👉 [Advanced Messaging](https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=advanced_messaging)

* Klik **Edit** pada aplikasi “Pake.AI-IG”.
* Pastikan semua toggle permission berwarna **biru (aktif)**.

Setelah semua langkah selesai, **reconnect ulang akun IG di dashboard dibales.ai**, lalu test ulang pengiriman DM.
